Responsibilities
Take on a key role at the interface between brand and sales
Plan, develop and implement all national and international trade and POS activities
Develop and implement national trade marketing strategies
Design and execute POS campaigns, promotions and shopper activations
Responsible for annual planning and the trade marketing budget
Close collaboration with Sales, Brand Management, Communications, Digital and Field Sales
Manage external agencies and service providers
Develop high-impact sales materials, displays and presentations for key accounts
Monitor and measure campaign performance
Support international partners with market entry
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field
5+ years’ experience in trade/shopper marketing or brand activation, ideally in FMCG
Experienced in working with key accounts, field sales and retail structures
Confident in budget planning, agency management and campaign execution
Petfood experience is an advantage but not required
Creative, strategic and strong in brand presentation at the POS
Strong hands-on mentality, high initiative and enthusiasm
Excellent communicator, structured and self-driven in execution
