Responsibilities
Owning the marketing strategy for assigned verticals/customer groups
Leading customer marketing communications and engagement programs aligned with business group
Building measurable marketing programs generating brand awareness and driving growth of services and products
Drafting marketing plans and demand generation campaigns
Analyzing customer insights to build successful strategies
Financially responsible for the customer group marketing budget

Hosting quarterly marketing reviews and preparing marketing team meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or equivalent B2B marketing work experience
10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing; preferably supporting complex, project-driven or Non-Residential markets
Strong Non-Residential Ferguson experience ideal
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Previous team leadership experience, with an ability and passion for talent development
Consistent record of developing and implementing successful B2B marketing campaigns that drive business results
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
