About the role

  • Lead Acquisition Marketing Manager owning and scaling third-party lead acquisition programs at Lower. Responsible for managing vendor relations, budget optimization, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own Lower’s third-party lead acquisition program end to end
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage lead vendors
  • Define and refine lead buying criteria
  • Allocate and optimize budgets
  • Analyze performance at a granular level
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Credit, and Analytics
  • Establish benchmarks and vendor accountability
  • Communicate insights to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or analytics-heavy roles
  • At least one year of experience in lead buying or affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical and financial judgment
  • Comfortable managing vendors and budgets
  • Excellent communicator
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong planning and follow-through
  • Experience in mortgage, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
