About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager managing B2B SaaS sales with a focus on customer acquisition and key account management. Leading and mentoring the sales team in a flexible hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition & growth
  • You identify market potential, build sustainable customer relationships, and strengthen our presence with international accounts.
  • Key Account Management
  • You take responsibility for strategically important customers, lead negotiations at decision-maker level, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor & Role Model
  • With your sales expertise you inspire colleagues, share best practices, support key deals, and help the whole team achieve its targets.
  • Market Insight & Collaboration
  • You stay close to the market, identify trends early, and actively contribute your insights to our product and marketing strategy. Together with management, you help shape the company’s development.

Requirements

  • Several years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with international experience
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to motivate others by example and to enthuse them about our vision
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for actively driving growth
