Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for national and international sales
Budget and revenue responsibility
Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering a performance- and solution-oriented culture
Acquire new business opportunities and markets domestically and internationally
Independently develop and implement sales and marketing concepts
Creatively design marketing campaigns and materials that strengthen the brand identity
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to continuously optimize our strategies
Build and maintain relationships with customers, key accounts and partners
Monitor and analyze sales figures and prepare reports to optimize performance
Coordinate sales-related processes across departments – optimize interfaces
Willingness to travel
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally in a leadership position
Strong creative mindset with the ability to turn innovative ideas into practice
Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
Excellent MS Office skills; experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Navision is an advantage)
