Responsibilities
Strategy architect: You develop our go-to-market strategy and define profitable pricing models in close coordination with executive management.

Process design: You create a sales playbook with clear scripts and CRM automations so that success can be systematized.
Pipeline control: With your analytical eye you monitor CRM KPIs and deliver reliable revenue forecasts for Finance and executive management.
Network expansion: You identify strategic partners and build an active referral network (affiliate, commission) that goes beyond traditional inbound leads.
Alignment & quality: You work closely with operational units to ensure lead quality and optimal resource alignment.
