Responsibilities

  • Quickly qualify incoming inbound leads
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses (discovery calls)
  • Prepare tailored proposals and provide individualized consultation
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers (active sourcing)
  • Negotiate contracts and close new customer projects
  • Maintain all relevant information in the CRM
  • Ensure a smooth handover to project managers
