About the role

  • Sales Support Mitarbeiter providing support to Sales Managers and handling customer communication. Involves offer management, order processing, and project data coordination in a collegial work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support for the Sales Manager and independent communication with customers via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, telephone and personal visits
  • Preparation and follow-up of quotations, contracts and price enquiries; definition of delivery and packaging terms in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Recording, confirmation and management of orders including adjustments, amendments and cancellations
  • Maintenance of customer and item master data in the ERP and CRM systems
  • Recording and tracking of project data, creation of sample orders and coordination of project progress
  • Management of customer documentation and handling of complaints, credit notes and export controls in coordination with the Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Initial experience in inside sales is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office applications and ideally experience working with ERP systems
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills combined with organizational ability and a high level of team orientation complete your profile
