About the role

  • Leads customer center development and digital offerings for banking with a focus on sales and innovative processes. Overseeing teams and implementing new projects.

Responsibilities

  • Further development of the Customer Center with a particular focus on expanding sales, on-site processes and operations
  • Joint responsibility with the Head of Department for the content-related and conceptual development of the digital and digital-personal service offering in line with the bank’s omnichannel positioning
  • Line management of assigned teams
  • Monitor current trends and developments to align the function with strategic objectives
  • Responsibility for achieving availability, efficiency and performance targets and for ensuring the assigned teams meet quality standards
  • Cross-team subject-matter responsibility and point of contact for selected thematic priorities
  • Initiation and execution of projects

Requirements

  • Completed banking qualification and several years of market and sales experience
  • High degree of self-directed working style and strong implementation orientation
  • Strategic, complex and holistic thinking
  • A hands-on change agent and motivator who enjoys developing the Media Sales area
  • Goal- and solution-oriented with decisiveness
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence
