Responsibilities
New Business Development and Lead Generation: Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse channels, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
Drive the expansion of opportunities within a robust sales pipeline, generating new revenue streams through effective lead generation.
Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, overseeing the progression of opportunities from identification to closure.
Ensure continuous expansion and effective management of the sales funnel, optimizing conversions and revenue growth.
Organic Sales Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement dynamic strategies for revenue and market share expansion, emphasizing sustainable profitability.
Optimize organic sales growth by synergizing customer spend across services and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for major customer accounts, fostering enduring relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Cultivate collaboration and partnership at all levels to drive client retention and identify organic growth opportunities.

Requirements
Proven track record in outside sales roles, prioritizing new business development is required; ideally 2-3+ years of experience.
A valid driver's license.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel is an asset.
History of delivering client-centric solutions to address diverse needs effectively.
Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
Proficiency in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads or prospects within a target market.
