Requirements

  • 1-2+ years' experience in business development, sales development, recruitment, or outbound sales roles
  • Demonstrated success consistently generating qualified meetings and contributing to revenue outcomes
  • Strong outbound prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills, and ability to prioritize effectively with a focus on high-impact activity
  • Clear, professional communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and outreach tools
  • Experience in healthcare, physician recruitment, or workforce solutions preferred
