Responsibilities
Complete pre-audit checks on customer information before it progresses to the full audit.
Work through a number of pre-audit checks to ensure everything required is collated.
Provide feedback to customers and collate any missing required information for the pre-audit checks.
Support customers with areas of improvement in order to pass the audit and become accredited.
Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).
Requirements

Ability to handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
Good standard of written English
Experience or interest in health and safety or compliance (not essential)
