About the role

  • Customer Service Support Officer providing technical support for SafeContractor product. Completing desktop assessments and ensuring a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-audit checks on customer information before it progresses to the full audit.
  • Work through a number of pre-audit checks to ensure everything required is collated.
  • Provide feedback to customers and collate any missing required information for the pre-audit checks.
  • Support customers with areas of improvement in order to pass the audit and become accredited.
  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided).

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Good standard of written English
  • Experience or interest in health and safety or compliance (not essential)
