About the role

  • Customer Service Support Officer supporting audit services for health and safety compliance. Involves customer support via phone and email to ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities

  • Complete pre-audit checks on customer information
  • Working through pre-audit checks to ensure all required information is collated
  • Providing feedback to customers and collating any missing information
  • Support customers with areas of improvement for accreditation
  • Provide health and safety advice and guidance to customers (full training provided)

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate consistency in applying quality processes and standards
  • Ability to identify discrepancies
  • Confidence in handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Good standard of written English
  • Interest in health and safety or compliance (not essential)
