About the role

  • Client Support Representative helping top real estate agents maintain their online presence. Providing guidance and solutions in a supportive role.

Responsibilities

  • Live chatting with clients to assist them in real time
  • Answering incoming calls to resolve client questions and returning callback requests
  • Emailing with clients and providing them with frequent updates
  • Uncovering upsell opportunities through active listening and needs-based discovery
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer requests effectively
  • Actively managing case workload to ensure prompt follow-up and continuous customer engagement
  • Triaging and reporting technical issues to the product team
  • Supporting and assisting your teammates

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience working in customer service; website or real estate experience a plus
  • A deep sense of empathy for customers
  • The ability to be an out-of-the-box thinker and be resourceful
  • The drive to solve client problems with a high degree of quality and efficiency
  • A can-do attitude and brings positive energy to every task and interaction
