Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads at mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients via LinkedIn, events, CRM, and networking
  • Run meetings with executives and decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline using CRM
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with service teams
  • Lead negotiations on timelines, scope, and pricing
  • Meet and exceed revenue and new-contract generation targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, services, and post-sales for a cohesive approach
  • Analyze sales processes and cycles
  • Represent OnSet with a consultative, relationship-focused approach at events and strategic opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Social Communication/Advertising, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or International Relations
  • Advanced English (reading and technical conversations)
  • B2B sales experience, preferably with a proven track record of results
  • Active prospecting and client hunting for B2B
  • Consultative selling and sales methodologies
  • Preparation of commercial proposals and RFPs
  • Contract and margin negotiation
  • Commercial pipeline management (CRM)
