Responsibilities
Participating in and implementing projects related to product launches, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty programs
Supporting the development and rollout of pricing and loyalty offers
Conducting ongoing monitoring and optimization of pricing and loyalty products, both from a business and functional perspective
Providing continuous support to sales and customer service teams
Requirements
Higher education in economics or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems and similar platforms used within the Group
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Analytical thinking and ability to perform efficient calculations and draw conclusions
Background in customer service or sales support within Group
Teamwork skills and the ability to plan and organize your own tasks
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to conduct training sessions, both in-person and remotely
Knowledge of the English and Polish languages, at least C1 level (bonus skill)
Experience working in a project-based environment (e.g., Jira) (bonus skill)
Experience working with Power BI (bonus skill)
