About the role
- Senior Deposit Pricing Analyst managing strategic initiatives and analytics for CSBB Deposit portfolio. Collaborating across teams to deliver growth targets and analytical insights in banking.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new account, new client, and new money production targets across all CSBB deposit products
- Support strategy development and execution to grow client segments through digital and branch engagement
- Support incentive design, production goals, financial planning, and forecasting across all CSBB deposit products
- Deliver analytic insights to support deposit portfolio management
- Collect and synthesize competitive information to drive business performance
- Prepare leader business reviews and input to strategic planning presentations
- Engage with partners to communicate analytics insights related to initiatives
- Support business case development for key initiatives
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- 4-6 years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
- Ability to solve complex issues considering technology, client, teammate, and financial impact
- Identify and escalate issues or critical information quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) and SAS or other data/analysis platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including direct experience with statistical modeling, price optimization techniques, financial modeling, and analysis
- Exposure to regulatory banking standards impacting deposit products
