HR Business Partner managing day-to-day HR operations and pre-opening processes for The July's new apartment-hotel in Dublin. Focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with Irish employment law.
Responsibilities
Take a hands-on approach to HR operations at our newest hotel in Dublin, while acting as a trusted partner to the hotel management team.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Manage the pre-opening HR processes, including talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and training & development, ensuring the hotel attracts and retains top talent.
Support managers in making informed decisions, guide them through employee relations matters, and handle sensitive conversations with staff when needed.
Oversee HR activities such as managing absence cases, employee relations, wellbeing initiatives, training and development, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee record keeping, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and internal policies.
Report to the HR Director, who is based in the HQ in Amsterdam.
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of HR experience in the Hospitality market in Dublin, with strong operational and employee relations experience.
You have a good understanding of Irish employment legislation and the local labour market, with practical experience applying it in day-to-day HR operations.
A coaching and inspiring person. Your enthusiasm is contagious.
Planning, organising, and managing HR processes efficiently is second nature to you.
Competent with HR administration & systems.
Always up to date with new HR trends and developments in your field of expertise.
Available to start in May 2026.
