Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for employees & line managers on people issues
Provide support to line managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance management & investigations
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to provide a wide range of People Services
Coach line managers to manage the employment relationship effectively
Analyze exit interviews and employee surveys
Requirements
Academic degree (preferably in human resources)
Minimum of 4 years of progressive (human resources) experience
Strong employee relations experience in high volume environments
Excellent attention to detail
Capacity to understand how people issues impact the business
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
