About the role

  • Sales Representative supporting the execution of indirect channel plans by coordinating activities with distributors in Puerto Rico. Driving execution excellence and building relationships with sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the execution of indirect channel plans by coordinating day-to-day activities with distributors.
  • Support the execution of indirect channel plans by working closely with distributor sales teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Drive in-market execution excellence by ensuring compliance with pricing, promotions, assortment and visibility standards.
  • Track and report performance metrics including sales, distribution, execution KPIs and market behaviors.
  • Identify execution gaps and opportunities in the market and escalate recommendations to the cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with distributor sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales execution, field sales, or commercial support roles.
  • Experience interacting with distributors, traditional trade. CPG/FMCG preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
