Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the execution of indirect channel plans by coordinating day-to-day activities with distributors.
Support the execution of indirect channel plans by working closely with distributor sales teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
Drive in-market execution excellence by ensuring compliance with pricing, promotions, assortment and visibility standards.
Track and report performance metrics including sales, distribution, execution KPIs and market behaviors.
Identify execution gaps and opportunities in the market and escalate recommendations to the cross-functional teams.
Build strong day-to-day relationships with distributor sales teams.
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales execution, field sales, or commercial support roles.
Experience interacting with distributors, traditional trade. CPG/FMCG preferred.
