About the role

  • Customer Success role at The Growth Hub managing clients in international import. Onboarding and supporting clients in their import operations with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding for new clients
  • Develop import plans following the company's framework
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients
  • Present import strategies and plans
  • Request import quotes from Joom
  • Serve as the client's point of contact throughout the contract term
  • Monitor the planning and execution of import operations
  • Ensure alignment between the client and operations throughout the project

Requirements

  • Intermediate English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Organized and able to structure reports
  • Analytical and consultative mindset
  • Experience in Customer Success or client management (preferred)
  • Experience with imports or international trade (preferred)
  • Experience with B2B operations (preferred)
