Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding for new clients
Develop import plans following the company's framework
Prepare reports and presentations for clients
Present import strategies and plans
Request import quotes from Joom
Serve as the client's point of contact throughout the contract term
Monitor the planning and execution of import operations
Ensure alignment between the client and operations throughout the project
Requirements
Intermediate English
Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
Organized and able to structure reports
Analytical and consultative mindset
Experience in Customer Success or client management (preferred)
Experience with imports or international trade (preferred)
