About the role

  • Digital Senior Analyst managing email and SMS campaigns for a leading self-service wholesale company in Brazil. Collaborating with marketing teams and analyzing customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the campaign calendar in coordination with partner teams;
  • Execute routine sends of emails, SMS, and push notifications;
  • Measure and report on activation and campaign results;
  • Coordinate and request creatives and content to support communications;
  • Assist in developing automated customer journeys;
  • Analyze current customer segmentation, propose improvements, and define the best offers to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time;
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with CRM tools;
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating campaign activities.
