About the role

  • Assistente de CRM managing customer engagement strategies, overseeing CRM platforms and campaign executions at Check Commerce. Supporting relationships and communication across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CRM platforms, ensuring correct segmentation of the customer base;
  • Schedule and set up email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns;
  • Create and monitor campaign performance reports, proposing continuous improvements;
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize customer communication and engagement;
  • Support the planning and execution of relationship and loyalty initiatives;
  • Track and execute the Sending Calendar;
  • Collect information to assemble weekly reports and the monthly consolidated report;

Requirements

  • Previous experience with CRM platforms (such as Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Klaviyo, among others);
  • Experience with automated communication campaigns, especially via SMS and WhatsApp;
  • Experience creating copy and creative assets for email marketing and digital ads;
  • Previous experience in content creation;
  • Analytical and proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning;
  • Good communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
