About the role

  • Regional Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle at top janitorial services provider. Focused on acquiring enterprise clients and driving revenue in B2B sales sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from creating target hit lists, network, referral and cold call outreach, lead generation to pricing janitorial contracts to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Target and acquire new enterprise logos in the mid to large-market sectors, with a focus on clients that align with our service offerings.
  • Cross-sell beyond our core service offering of janitorial for multi service package offerings (consumable supplies, landscaping, security, engineering, etc.).
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and more, to engage and convert high-value prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of potential clients and align with The Facilities Group's service capabilities.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales technologies to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a verified ability to close over $3.5 million in annual sales repeatedly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position The Facilities Group as a leader in the janitorial and facility services space.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to refine your sales techniques and expand your industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in B2B regional sales, with a focus on enterprise logo hunting.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with experience closing deals exceeding $2-$4 million in annual revenue with a minimum sale size over $350K in recurring service.
  • Direct janitorial sales experience preferred.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a history of successfully acquiring mid to enterprise market logos.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Must demonstrate high tech proficiency with CRM systems and sales technologies to manage and track sales activities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and contribute to something incredible within a fast-growing organization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
