About the role

  • Sales Executive driving the expansion of FIS’s Enterprise Risk Suite across Europe. Engaging Tier1 and Tier2 banks, capital markets, and insurers in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise sales strategy for the Enterprise Risk Suite across European markets.
  • Identify priority institutions undergoing regulatory change, model modernization, risk digitization, or infrastructure transformation.
  • Build a robust pipeline aligned to regional growth objectives and solution focus areas.
  • Lead fullcycle enterprise sales engagements from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Drive netnew revenue across banks, securities firms, insurers, and buyside organizations.
  • Position the Enterprise Risk Suite as a cornerstone of clients’ future-state risk architecture.
  • Engage Csuite, CRO, CFO, Head of Risk, Head of Finance, COO, and Transformation leaders.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand risk frameworks, regulatory drivers, technology stack constraints, and model governance maturity.
  • Build compelling ROI, costreduction, and riskoptimization value propositions.
  • Partner with Product, PreSales, Risk SMEs, and Delivery to define solution scope, architecture, and execution strategy.
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategy, commercial negotiations, and contracting activities.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure transparent pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling enterprise risk, regulatory, analytics, or financial technology platforms into financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of risk modelling, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management practices.
  • Experience selling multistakeholder, highvalue solutions across European financial services markets.
  • Established relationships with CRO, Risk, Finance, and Technology leadership.
  • Exceptional storytelling, commercial negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
