Responsibilities

Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or order management.
Proven ability to manage multi-step workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead without formal authority.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Business Objects.
Experience mentoring peers or supporting team development initiatives.
