About the role

  • Key Account Manager identifying and managing major clients in the waste management industry. Engaging in contract negotiations and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identification and qualification of nationwide major clients
  • Preparation of cost calculations, disposal concepts/presentations, and framework agreements
  • Contract negotiations including project implementation
  • Management of our existing clients with the aim of continuous optimization
  • Close collaboration with the Managing Director

Requirements

  • You have a good (technical) university degree or a comparable commercial qualification and initial professional experience in sales, preferably already in the waste management industry
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident demeanor characterized by a positive and approachable personality
  • Ambitious and always open to new challenges and developments
  • Skill and enjoyment in dealing with people, combined with a high level of commitment, self-motivation, and strong self-organization
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany and occasional overnight stays
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
