Responsibilities

  • Leading the end-to-end pre-employment process with organization and precision
  • Serving as the go-to resource for new hires
  • Explaining HR policies, benefits, and procedures clearly and confidently
  • Managing electronic documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Preparing key personnel reports and updates
  • Entering credentials into EMR systems and generating reports
  • Continuously improving onboarding processes based on feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least one year of HR experience (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and EMR systems
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
