About the role

  • Head of HR driving HR strategy and transformation projects in a technology firm. Collaborating with leadership to position HR as a business partner during cultural change.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company strategy
  • Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
  • Provide strategic advice to executive management and actively support cultural and organizational change
  • Design and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and the continuous improvement of HR systems
  • Establish and utilize HR metrics and decision models for data-driven management
  • Lead and develop the HR team and work closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related topics
  • Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the company

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a transformation context
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and in strategically shaping modern HR structures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills at the executive/C-level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI-driven and data-based management of HR processes
  • Strong drive to shape change, enthusiasm for transformation, and a confident, composed manner
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English (business fluent)
