- Je werkt aan strategische projecten op het gebied van Leadership Development, Career development en/of de implementatie van ons nieuwe learning platform.
- Je draagt bij aan de communicatie rondom leadership interventies & trainingen en de change- & communicatie rondom nog te ontwikkelen loopbaanpaden voor academisch personeel.
- Actieve deelname aan projectteams vanaf de start, betrokken bij inhoud en besluitvorming.
- Vertalen van strategische doelen naar heldere communicatieaanpakken en concrete interventies.
- Nauw samenwerken met HR & Communicatie collega’s.
- Advies geven aan projectleiders en andere belangrijke stakeholders op strategisch en tactisch niveau.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van communicatie die medewerkers tijdig informeert, betrekt en ondersteunt.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als strategische communicatieadviseur in grote, complexe organisaties, bij voorkeur in de not for profit omgeving.
- Opleiding op minimaal HBO-niveau in communicatie, of aantoonbare werkervaring op vergelijkbaar niveau.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels.
- Effectieve communicatie met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus, binnen en buiten HRM.
- Proactieve houding en het vermogen om gevraagd en ongevraagd advies te geven.
