About the role

  • Customer Data Administrator maintaining databases and validating client accounts for a UK-based software provider. Collaborating on process improvements and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update databases with accurate information
  • Validate new client accounts and contracts each day
  • Verify payment accuracy, investigate discrepancies, process cancellations
  • Prepare and send vouchers and prizes in a timely manner
  • Support the wider organisation with process documentation and process improvements

Requirements

  • Motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Proven problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn new platforms with training
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience using HubSpot or Stripe (ideal but not essential)
