Responsibilities
Build and grow a book of business, with a strong focus on new business development
Cold calling, prospecting, and in-person client visits ("boots on the ground")
Manage and retain existing and lapsed accounts
Sell across product lines: 60% stock packaging 40% custom packaging
Close deals ranging from $300 orders to $300K+/month clients
Sales cycles range from 10 days to 6 months
Occasionally sell outside assigned territory for strategic accounts
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience
3+ years in packaging sales- MUST!
Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline and book of business
Strong communication skills; highly responsive and proactive
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first role
