Responsibilities

  • Provides project and executive support to one or more members of the Executive team
  • Participates in, coordinates, and leads projects of a specialized and complex nature
  • Reports on project status
  • Identifies process improvements
  • Handles both routine and non-routine requests
  • Establishes priorities and manages a diverse workload
  • Executes administrative support functions
  • Coordinates travel and educational workshops

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Professional certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional command of written and verbal English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful decision-maker
