About the role

  • TPP Coordinator driving program management for Ford's Technology Platform Programs team. Ensuring efficient operations in delivering high-quality software for next-gen vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and proactively address the operational and administrative needs of TPP leaders and their teams, ensuring they remain focused on strategic program initiatives.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, and process expense reports for assigned TPP leadership.
  • Manage department review and approval processes for overtime, travel, and similar processes
  • Manage and performance analyses of department business office procedures and tracking for operational health metrics and objectives, resources and key initiatives
  • Manage the planning, meeting agendas, material filing and logging, minutes and distribution lists for department operational meetings
  • Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies within the team, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Draft and disseminate clear, concise team communications, manage correspondence, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across Ford to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably supporting senior-level leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced and technical/engineering environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and analyses with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, problem solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate clearly across all levels.
  • Proven ability to work proactively, independently, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Hybrid on-site work (minimum 4 days per week) at Ford campus, co-located with the TPP team, in Dearborn Michigan
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting teams in a technology, software development, or automotive environment.
  • Familiarity with Ford's internal systems and processes (e.g., Concur, Teams, etc.).
