About the role

  • Assistant Manager leading continuous improvement projects at Tenneco plant in Bhiwadi. Analyzing processes, providing training, and implementing efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across the plant.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Implement operational efficiency initiatives and manage idea generation through the Wave platform.
  • Drive Lean methodology adoption and provide training to plant teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote process improvements.
  • Monitor and report progress of Wave projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Measure and analyze outcomes of improvement projects using Wave tools.
  • Coordinate and support P3 implementation within the plant.

Requirements

  • Diploma/B.tech
  • 8 to 12 yrs. of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance
  • Risk Assessment
  • Power BI
