About the role

  • Manager of Parts Center EMEA coordinating operations and leading a team of 35 in Germany. Responsible for logistics, budget management, and ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the spare parts warehouse across the EMEA region
  • Management of the operational processes in the Parts Center
  • Leading a team of approximately 35 employees
  • Ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Implementation of occupational health and safety standards
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
  • Ensuring high material availability through professional maintenance of master data
  • Managing warehouse operations including returns management
  • Responsibility for international shipping
  • Responsible for budget planning as well as monitoring costs and investments
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Supply Chain, Spare Parts Management, Logistics)
  • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Experience with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP ECC/EWM, ShipERP, GTS)
