About the role

  • Student Recruitment Advisor in OES assisting prospective students from inquiry to enrollment journey. Managing leads and providing information about courses, fees, and funding in a dynamic, sales-focused role.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding short and long-term enrolment targets, consistently delivering against agreed KPIs
  • Acting as a knowledgeable, trusted guide for prospective students — providing clear, accurate information on courses, fees, and funding options
  • Assessing applicant eligibility carefully and professionally, escalating complex cases to subject specialists or university admissions teams where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate student records in Salesforce CRM and preparing regular sales pipeline reports
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to promote programmes effectively and support the evaluation of campaign ROI
  • Helping to coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and course demonstrations that showcase what OES and its university partners have to offer
  • Contributing actively to continuous improvement initiatives within the department, sharing ideas and supporting a culture of excellence

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit a wide range of prospective students
  • The ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously, working to variable deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, keeping records accurate and pipelines well-maintained
  • A confident, resilient, and self-motivated nature — someone who can handle the pace and bounce back from setbacks with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience in education consultancy or student outreach roles
  • A qualification in sales, customer service, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with or alongside remote and global teams
