About the role

  • Account Manager managing portfolio and expanding client base in hospitality at Temper. Focusing on building relationships and understanding customer needs while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • You manage your portfolio and expand your client base: this means building a strong professional relationship with your clients and staying informed about market developments so you can capitalize on opportunities and challenges.
  • You understand the needs of the customer: as an industry expert, you can identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • You know how to steer the conversation with the customer in the right direction to lead to a successful outcome.
  • Whether it's C-level decision-makers or managers at the operational level, you know how to handle them.
  • You are proactive and always seeking opportunities to take your portfolio to the next level, and grow our business.
  • You have strong analytical skills: you are adept at handling data and translating it into clear action points for your clients.
  • Based on your findings, you determine the next steps, always with the best interests of both parties in mind.
  • You’re eager to seek opportunities and improve storytelling based on your client- and market needs.
  • You like to work with revenue targets. So you don’t take no for an answer easily.

Requirements

  • Have 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience in (strategic) account management.
  • Have HBO-level education.
  • Speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.
  • Are able to turn ideas into concrete plans.
  • Are data-driven and innovative.
  • Have a commercial mindset.
  • You are communicative and have hands-on mentality.
  • Experience or knowledge of software such as Asana, Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
  • A network in hospitality.
  • Experience at an agency or within platform industry.
