Responsibilities
Act as the central facilitator for the inventory of People & Culture (P&C) applications
Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the People & Culture (P&C) digital roadmap
Combine business architecture and solution architecture to guide our evolution
Act as the internal expert on the global HR technology market
Leverage a strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics
Ensure financial health through accurate forecasting and collaboration with Finance
Organize management meetings, prepare compelling presentations, and ensure the team remains aligned
Represent the Digital and Analytics Implementation team on key committees
Requirements
Expertise in HR information systems (HRIS)
Strategic leadership: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in strategic planning and HR technology within large, complex environments
Data-driven mindset: proven ability to use data and performance metrics to structure analysis and guide decision-making
Architectural and operational approach: demonstrated ability to oversee complex application environments end-to-end
Strong financial acumen and vendor management
Stakeholder and partnership management: proven ability to manage relationships
Experience in complex environments: managing technology integrations in mergers and acquisitions contexts
Communication and synthesis: expert ability to translate complex technical information into clear narratives
Education: University degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field
