Responsibilities
- Adviseren van gemeenten over MijnServices en inkoopvraagstukken.
- Ontwikkelen van generieke implementatiekaders en kennisproducten.
- Organiseren van landelijke bijeenkomsten, workshops en webinars.
- Monitoren van voortgang en adviseren bij dilemma’s en projectkeuzes.
- Analyseren van gemeentelijke processen en digitale dienstverlening.
- Opstellen van generieke implementatieplannen.
- Publiceren van kennisproducten zoals handreikingen en best practices.
Requirements
- Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding.
- Minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring met digitale implementaties bij minstens 12 verschillende gemeenten.
- Minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring met projectleiding digitale dienstverlening.
- Minimaal 6 jaar werkervaring met zaakgericht werken & zaaksystemen.
- Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en leveranciersafstemming.
