Responsibilities
Central point of contact between our customers and the company
Service, sales and organization to ensure a positive shopping experience
Acting independently and representing the brand in a solution-oriented manner
Maintaining and managing the product range and stock, and monitoring inventory levels
Customer consulting across multiple channels, including receiving and processing customer and shipping orders
Cash handling, processing complaints and providing service-oriented customer care
Receiving goods, incoming goods inspection, reordering and returns management
Sales-promoting merchandise presentation and implementation of visual merchandising guidelines
Supporting sales campaigns and actively contributing to sales targets and objectives
Requirements
Completed training in retail or a comparable service-oriented qualification, or equivalent experience
Passion for unique, high-quality lifestyle trends and the ability to present them effectively
Sales professional with excellent, personalized customer service skills
Enjoys advising customers and supporting them in their product search
Experience with POS/cash register systems
Native-level German
Good command of English is an advantage
Very good knowledge of all MS Office programs
