About the role

  • Conseiller Service Après-Vente at Expert Jardin, responsible for customer relations and stock management. Supporting a team in a family-oriented environment with focus on client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and personalized support to our customers
  • Ensure a high-quality reception for customers and suppliers
  • Prepare and explain estimates/quotations to customers
  • Manage stock and sell spare parts at the counter
  • Organize and schedule workshop activities
  • Handle administrative follow-up of after-sales cases

Requirements

  • Curious, methodical and detail-oriented
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Experience or training in commerce, sales or logistics (e.g., CAP, Bac Pro, professional certification)
  • Passionate about garden machinery (outdoor power equipment) or willing to learn this field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience
  • Determined and enthusiastic about learning a new trade
