About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory support to an assigned client pool through digital private customer consultations
  • Responsible for needs-based advice and sales via new media channels

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of retail banking product range and solutions that cover basic customer needs
  • Strong sales orientation
  • Good experience in appointment scheduling and customer advisory
  • Friendly, open demeanor
