About the role

  • Senior Manager Enterprise Learning Operations overseeing learning systems and processes at Telecare University. Responsible for execution, governance, and improvement of enterprise learning operations and training related to Avatar (EHR).

Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of learning operations across the organization, with direct oversight of eLearning and eResources, Training Coordination, oversight of learning and training related to Avatar (Telecare’s EHR).
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Learning leaders, HR, Operations, IT, and program stakeholders to translate strategy into disciplined execution while strengthening the employee and leader experience.
  • Implement and lead the enterprise learning strategy and operational leadership for enterprise learning operations, ensuring systems, processes, and workflows effectively support Telecare University and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure learning systems, processes, and data are reliable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, or Enterprise Systems Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing complex, enterprise level operations.
  • Strong systems thinking, process design, and operational governance skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
