We are LUMEUS - Mental Health for children & adults, based on proven concepts of Emotion Therapy.
LUMEUS is an emotional audio-training with spoken visualisations and impressive film music composed on each visualisation and recorded by the Berlin and Budapest symphonic orchestras.
With spoken words and music we can create targeted emotions, which can change information in the emotional center of the brain.
Therefore we are able to change the root cause of several mental health problems and change behaviour patterns effectively and lastingly.
Therefore we can reduce anxieties, stress, depressive moods and sleep problems and increase self-confidence, trust, motivation, inner strength and concentration.
