Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Lead the "front-of-house" and consult clients for long-term MSP Service Agreements
  • Client Consultation: Perform "Discovery" meetings
  • System Design: Recommend Home Theater, Smart Home, and Network Solutions for SMBs
  • Team Leadership: Act as the Department Manager for technical bench

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Retail Associate or similar role
  • Experience with Consumer Electronics and Product Knowledge
  • Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows/Mac)
  • Experience with WiFi Networking and Cloud Storage
