Responsibilities
Lead and manage all branch activities, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service
Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the client base and market presence
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and support the deal process
Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team
Collaborate with HQ to align regional strategies with global business objectives
Monitor KPIs and branch performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Stay on top of market developments and competitor activity in the industrial engineering sector
Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and internal policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or branch operations, preferably in a technical or engineering-related environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
Strategic mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics systems
Experience in the Texas market is highly desirable
Prior experience with technical recruiting in industrial or process engineering is a strong plus
