About the role

  • Business Development Manager for Fever-Tree leading growth strategies in the Middle East. Responsible for sales, marketing initiatives, and local distributor management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build a co-authored 3-year plan
  • Guide channel strategy, pricing and distribution
  • Define portfolio and innovation strategy based on market trends and potential
  • Identify resources to implement future plans (internal and external)
  • Deliver sales targets for each market working in partnership with appointed distributor
  • Build impactful sales & category management stories
  • Train distributors’ sales teams and do field visits to monitor local brand development
  • Own the Advertising & Promotional budgets: plan investments and monitor ROI
  • Build consistent yearly marketing plans along with local Brand Managers
  • Monthly Performance tracking and reporting (distributor sales, channels performance...)

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of working experience across Middle East
  • Strong Sales background (international exposure and retail & ontrade channels experience preferred)
  • Distributors management and distributors RTM understanding
  • Good understanding of brand building / marketing and trade marketing activities
  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry (Soft Drinks or Spirits preferably)
  • Knowledge of (or provenance from) one at least of the markets is mandatory
