About the role

  • Sales & Business Development Intern in Munich contributing ideas and learning client relationships. Assisting in project ownership for business development, sales, and marketing in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic initiatives in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Support outreach to local and enterprise customers and help expand into new markets.
  • Build and refine sales, marketing, and onboarding strategies.
  • Assist with dynamic day-to-day operations and problem-solving.
  • Ensure the success of client campaigns and act as a primary point of contact for campaign-related matters.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in sales, marketing, strategy, business administration/economics, or a related field.
  • Availability for a 4–6 month internship.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Some practical experience gained through an internship or student part-time role.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Pragmatic, solution-focused mindset and eagerness to learn.
