Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding the market
  • Identifying market trends and business opportunities
  • Preparing and conducting client meetings, presentations and contract negotiations
  • Close collaboration with company management, marketing and sales
  • Preparing proposals, forecasts and reports
  • Participating in trade shows and industry events

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BBA/BA or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in the wind energy industry in a technical role or in project management
  • Technical understanding of renewable energy technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Independent, structured working style and strong goal orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
